Legal consulting to company financing and project financing transactions

On behalf of Hungarian companies receiving credit, or international credit institutions or investment banks, our firm provides regular legal advice in connection with the extension or utilization of investment or other credit related to company financing.

Our firm has collaborated in negotiating and establishing the conditions of loan and credit contracts and related security contracts, and in elaborating and negotiating complex transactions implemented for example by closed capital placement and bond issuance, as well as the combination of the latter with credit extension and, in the event of foreign credits, in approval by the foreign exchange authorities.
